Kuskovo
(estate museum and a museum of ceramics)

This complex, formed in the 18 th century, is a monument in the classical and baroque style. Kuskovo is remarkable for its exotic haunts rendered in various ethic styles. The two-stored Dutch House with its graduated pediment and ornamental facing is the center of the "Dutch nook". Another sheltered place is the "Italian nook" with its foundation and statues in front of the two-stored Italian Lodge which combines both West European rococo and early Classicism.
Marble statues of the 18 th century grace the Kuscovo grounds. Still another sight, the Greenhouse. Is a two-stored building with a dancing hall and winter garden.
There is a museum of ceramics, which presents Russian Estate interior of the second half of the 18 th century, Russian, German, English, French and Danish china, faience, majolica and glass.
